Hello, here is some more info what about.
I'm writing you this appeal letter regarding the car park ticket which you sent to me on 02/02/2015! I received a ticket by post and I couldn't believe what I had read .. I have been charged £100 for the following reason as follows ....We are contacting you with this notice to keeper in relation to the following vehicle that was parked on private land to which was on display clearly stating parking was available for vehicles with CLEARLY DISPLAY VALID CPS PERMIT and all other people are invited to park their vehicle on this land for a set charge of £100, reduced to £60. If payment is received in full within 14days of date of issue. After reading this I then thought that is an mistake so i rang the CPS on 08712884606. I clearly explained that i am the tenant living at the place X and my permit is displayed on my window screen all the time due to the new law there is no longer any need for road tax disc to be displayed so instead of a tax disc i have put my resident car permit there to make sure the permit will be always clearly displayed on my car! I then got told by your colleagues that she has got a photograph of my car and she can't see anything on my car window screen, So with that I then described the permit to her and what it looks like and she said to me that i still have to pay £60 .. I then explained to her that I'm the tenant of Place X and that my permit was clearly displayed so i'm not willing to pay £60 and then the conversation ended .. After our conversation on the phone I had a proper look on the ticket and it said the incident date was the 24th January 2015, incident time 14:34. I then looked on the calendar to find out that date is a Saturday .. I work all over the weekend and i resume my shift at 12:00am on 24th January 2015 so there is no way this was my car on that space at place X at the time you say is on the notice . I called again CPS on the same number 08712884606 and spoke to the same lady and then explained to her that there is a mistake, because the time stated on the notice is the time I was at work and obviously with my car due the distance from my home and my work which is 19 mile one way. The lady on the phone basically said to me ok we are going to change the time and will send you new notice ticket with right time by tomorrow it will be with you. I don't think Combined parking solutions have right to changing the information just like that and i know that for sure by legal advice. Then the lady didn't say anything about not displaying my parking permit she said totally different to what the notice said. I have parked my car on the visitor place and i have displayed my resident permit instead the visitor permit that's why you gave me a ticket .I kindly explained due to that we have friends visiting us with a brand new expensive car we decided to park my friends car on my resident place next to my home window so we could keep the car safe, because a week ago some of the our neighbours had a party and they threw some glass bottles outside on the parking place, this is the only reason. I then got told by the lady that just because i am living place X, this does not give me the right to do what i wanted. I replied "but i have visitors and their car was parked on my place" Where can i park my car if I'm not allowed on the visitor place with a permit ?? However i went to my letting agency and showed them the parking ticket. My agent could not believe it and decided to call CPS after the long conversation the employee (male)from CPS constantly changing his her opinion: Firstly, the reason I was given was i didn't clearly display my valid CPS permits, Which if CPS got photograph of my car there is valid cps permit. Secondly, CPS sent me a ticket with the incorrect information and when i noted the fact that the information was incorrect to CPS she just said we are going to change the information ...Now I know for sure CPS have no right to do that, and i know that from the legal advice. Thirdly, when i tried to explain that there was friends car on my resident place(for reason above, more safety) that this is why i parked my car on the visitor place when I finished work ...I then got told that i can't do that without swapping permits... The visitor one on my car and my resident one in friends car. Fourthly the CPS employee (male) said completely different and new parking rule which i have not seen and signed when we let the flat more than 2 years ago. Finally, the CPS employee (male) said to my letting agent that no matter which cps permit i display I do not have the right to park my own car on the visitor place. So if there is two cars one is mine and other is my visitor friends car and i provide a good reason why we don't want to park my friends brand new expensive car and that's why we decided to park my car on the visitor place because there are some vandals and they throw glass bottles and damage the car. Infact it happened previously with my own car someone broke the wing mirror on my car and CPS didn't pay for repairs i did . I then kept getting told that just because i live there it does not give me right to do whatever i want...i have lived here for more than 2 years and have always abided by the rules, But because i got told so many time by the CPS not to do whatever i wanted, i've like to say that for 2 years this is the 1st, time friends coming to visit me and that's what i get return ticket . Also, again i been told from cps employee to comply by the rules as other neighbours i can provide evidence by photograph how my neighbours comply the rules.0 -
Wall of text. Impossible to read. Try putting in some paragraphs.
No one is likely to plough through that chunk! I certainly can't/won't!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Well i know is nothing to do with my case, but i was so many told from Combined parking solutions to comply with the rules as my other neighbours so make me so cros. The director of Management Company who look after the court, he(live as well same court ) literally hired few people from the same cout i live. I was witness how one of management member, was reversing with he's own car and crash into the other residents car and make damage. Than the member of management simply escape from the offence, and didn't even let the people know about. Luckily someone else had seen the incident and let the people with damage car know about . After i got a ticket i was worst than parking people i took so many photographs on how other people parks and comply with rules. Got even pic on the same guy who hit the neighbour car and escape, got how he park he's car on other parking place and start cleaning the car. Next i went to see the Management director and i have explained all this he just dismiss what i have say about people which he hired and what they doing. And he give me a briliant advice to pay the ticket.0

You are thinking this through wrongly. You have paid in your rent for a car space and a share of a visitor space. That's what your lease says. If there is no mention in the lease of a requirement for you to display a permit you shouldn't have to.
You may need to take legal advice or see CAB.
The managing agents may/will be in on this but contacting the ppc is pointless as they only want your money.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0
