I was clearly display my residentpermit on my windscreen, but I got to say I was parking on the visitors place for one night. Because friends come to see me with brand new car and we park friend car with the visitor permit on my resident place. After my appeal I got rejected parking notice. Then I ask parking company call combined parking solutions to send me POPLA code but got respond that they're not able to give POPLA code.Could you please tell me how to get Popla code and appeal to them. Thanks

This is an IPC member company so they will not give a POPLA code but offer an appeal to an IPC 'kangeroo' court.
The first thing you need to do is to check your lease and what it says in relation to your parking space.
You also need to check who in their right mind invited this company to manage this car park.
This is going to be a tough it out situation but do not pay!REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
Members of the IPC, who have a kangaroo court appeal system.0

I suspect you might need guidance from one of the more knowledgeable members of the forum when dealing with this situation.:j0

As already advised, check your lease. If it does not mention anything about needing a permit, then you do not need a permit to park. The PPC should have informed you how you can make an appeal. If not you should complain to the IPC.
The IPC appeals system is a sham and a kangaroo court. It is unlikely that you will win the appeal, but it will cost the PPC money so personally I would do just that.
As far as the permit, if it is not a requirement of your lease then you tell the PPC exactly that and from now on you withdraw any implied right of access to your space any ticket put on your car in your parking space will be constitute trespass.
In the unlikely event that this ever got to court you would win.
You should read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES section concerning the IPC mob and take things from there, but as already mentioned, get out your lease and start reading.
You should also complain to your landlord/letting agency about these scammers. There is loads of information about their bully-boy tactics and lack of independence to show what a bad idea it is for anyone to employ such nasty people.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Do you have a lease or a shorthold tenancy agreement?
Check it, now. If a STA, then ask the landlord for a copy of the lease.
Let us know what they say about the requirement to display a permit (or let us know if it says nothing about a permit) and any language relating to the parking space and 'your right to quiet/peaceful enjoyment of the property.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
check your lease and /or rental agreement.
if posible post it up here word for word.
If it also mentions the visitors areas then its highly unlikely that the parking company has the authority to cancel your entitlement to use it.
If your lease/rental agreement is clear and it does not mention anything about permits, then hand your permit back and tell the management company that you are opting out of the permit scheme and will be parking in your allocated bay and using the vistors space as per the terms of your lease/rental agreement, which overirdes "any made up rules imposed by a parasitic parking company that exists for the sole purpose to make money through the isuing of unlawful penalty's on the sites which they operate"
But the above all hinges on what your lease /rental agreement says
check your lease now. From the Plain Language Commission:

Your landlord should be the one to step up to the plate here.
Whether your lease/AST mentions it or not, (and it should), you are entitled to "quiet enjoyment" of your home. PPCs harassing you for silly amounts of money is a violation of that right and they may in fact be committing an offence under The Landlord and Tenants Acts.
Your landlord must address with the Managing Agents/Head Lead-holder, so give him/her grief. With regard to your visitors parking permit being cancelled, unless you are a serial offender, this is outrageous. What does your rental agreement say about parking? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Cheers, guy's will do it. Now I'm at work but soon as I get home will check my lease. And will post here.0

Check your lease/rental agreement, and post it here if possible.
and if its clear tell the parking company to FRO.
