Hello,
Just wanted to say sorry about negative comments on your thread. You don't need to justify your debt to anybody. This thread is for support not judgement. You are tackling very normal debts - mortgage and credit card - in a very determined manner and doing fantastically! If you want to explain your debts that's fine tooI always feel like when I write down why I'm in debt I don't feel as stupid.
Keep up the hard work because it is really hard especially with only a small income coming in.
I'm finding it hard as I don't have anywhere to cut back on - no shopping or coffee habits. Lived frugally for years and still its there.
And congrats on baby. I have a little July 2015 baby too. Can't believe you're back at work! I'm dreading going back in April.
Feeling so jealous of all your success! XxxLoan 1 £5200/£8000

Thankyou for commenting on my diary Kitty868.
I'm not worried about what anyone thinks. There are lots of judgmental people in life and its up to us to rise above that. It is very tough being on a low income and trying to pay bills, pay off debt and have money left to enjoy life. Congratulations on your new baby! MSE things for 19/11/2015
* completed all surveys that were available
* listed 3 items on bay of e
* walked to Dr's surgery for DS3 vaccinations, walked to and from work and walked to hairdresser's. I estimate I walked about 6-8 miles- saving diesel.
* used Gr0up0n voucher for haircut (though had to pay £5 subcharge because my hair was below shoulder length, it was not mentioned in T&C's ). I am tempted to complain.
* Contacted Bovis about leak in en-suite. My house is still under warranty so hopefully it should not cost anything to get repaired.
* on way home popped into Mr A and bought 4 packs of reduced meat including lamb mince, casserole steak, 4 pork chops and meatballs which should do us 5 meals. Total cost: £5.55
* washed clothes at 30 degrees and will place on airer.
* need to move money around in hope that we can pay off one of the debts in full :T

I am now deciding whether to pay off credit cards or car loan. Part of me says go for the debt that you are paying interest on, pay off the one that ends soonest or take a snowballing approach. I just cant decide, any advice on which one to tackle to first?!Savings for H2B Loan Annual £10, 774.65/£40,000Emergency Fund: £0/£1000 Car Maintenance Fund £0/£900
