  • That's amazing Bodle1984. It just proves a little effort can bring huge rewards. Well done to you. You have inspired me to see if I can reduce my outgoings now :D

Don't be afraid to say you'll cancel or actually initiate a transfer (remember you have a 14 day cool off period with many things now). It's in their best interests to keep you as a customer at the end of the day. I need to tackle my energy supplier next - Co-Operative Energy (absolutely terrible customer service!), trying to get out of my contract without paying exit fees then switching to a better deal with cashback.

    Hello everyone,

I have been MIA the last few days. I have to admit I have feeling a little bit disheartened with life. My 3 children have been poorly with colds, especially DS2 who suffers asthma like symptons and DS3 with conjunctivitus. I also feel down because I never seem to able to make any big leaps in paying off debt or mortgage. I get so frustrated because of my low income. I suppose I just need to keep going.

I have joined the M-Fit T3 Challenge over on the MFW board in the hope this will inspire me more to kick all debt and most of the mortgage into touch.

    I will be back later.

    TTFN. :)
