Don't be afraid to say you'll cancel or actually initiate a transfer (remember you have a 14 day cool off period with many things now). It's in their best interests to keep you as a customer at the end of the day. I need to tackle my energy supplier next - Co-Operative Energy (absolutely terrible customer service!), trying to get out of my contract without paying exit fees then switching to a better deal with cashback.0 -

Luckily, I was able to take money out of the car maintenance pot. Also, my 6 monthly water bill arrived today and my monthly dd is going up by £6. I also had to take unpaid leave as DS3 needed to see doctor today.

Hello everyone,
I have been MIA the last few days. I have to admit I have feeling a little bit disheartened with life. My 3 children have been poorly with colds, especially DS2 who suffers asthma like symptons and DS3 with conjunctivitus. I also feel down because I never seem to able to make any big leaps in paying off debt or mortgage. I get so frustrated because of my low income. I suppose I just need to keep going.
I have joined the M-Fit T3 Challenge over on the MFW board in the hope this will inspire me more to kick all debt and most of the mortgage into touch.
I will be back later.
