  • I think you deserve a big bag full of sweeties mar I am sure they will increase your meds before January because you will be monitoring your blood pressure and you will be able to relax before you take it. What do they expect when The Heifer threaten to kill you.

I think in the same circumstances mine would have been at least 220/170. It has been as high as that but then mine drops a lot when I am standing and those bl**dy machines make it go up like mad. It did take them over 2 years to get it down because they thought that repeating the same thing would result in a different outcome. (for those that don't know that is the definition of insanity.

I hope they get on with it once they have seen your blood pressure results.
  • My meditation is in the form of prayer. You lot have been well and throughly prayed for and in some instances so have your mothers, neighbors, husbands, children etc. :):):):)

    pollyanna you're not wrong.

We got through last winter with less colds and other viruses. I think we have just had some sort of virus, I am feeling a lot better today and DS is starting to get better so must be the one who brought it home.

fuddle are you leaning over a table or something doing such things as a jigsaw or word puzzles to keep yourself occupied because that can give you heartburn too, you put pressure from a vertebrae on a nerve to your stomach.

I amazed at how many people have posted so if I missed anyone out so Hugs to everyone.

Mila, I also have a long list of people to pray for. I sometimes think that God must groan when he sees me heading his way clutching my lists. He is very patient with me.

Hester, my fingers and everything else are crossed for sorting this eye out.

Mardatha, the heifer saw the posse coming and hid. Well, maybe she heard the elephant coming... Good luck getting rid of Nursie though now she's made herself at home.

Silvasava, anyone who says yoga or pilates can be gentle is lying. New pilates class yesterday... more with my physical peers (women more than twice my age :rotfl:)

I hope you're busy knitting Monnagran, no time to waste.

Too right, Softstuff. My fingers are raw, sparks are coming out of my needles and I still have the train to do.

  • When my L&M and I got married my DD1 had a 5 year old foster daughter who wanted to knit me a trail, I think it was a mix between a veil and a train. I ended up with an inch long piece of pink and blue knotting, rather than knitting, pinned to the shoulder of my red wedding dress, she was also out ring bearer at the registry office, DGS was ring bearer for our pagan handfasting.
    Chin up, Titus out.
