I don't, OH's parents frequently go to events and passed on a leaflet from last year to remind us. There is an emblem at the bottom referring to Open Door Days in Scotland and Wales, as well as a National Trust emblem so I suspect there will be a similar scheme but with an alternative name. If you do find the website perhaps you'll post it for others?

I'm OK, mine's all under control Now I'm having treatment I'm fitter and healthier than I have been for years. Even if somewhat stressed at the moment

Hopefully both Mar and Softstuff will find solutions that work for them too.

Mar, Monna loves cooking like you and I love knitting. I have sympathy with all who are in pain my arthritis went straight into a flare up within a week of stopping my cancer tablets. I have to admit I love cooking but my arthritis does not at the moment.

Oh dear Mar. It just goes to show how, if you're very clever, you can give your virtual friends a totally false impression if your life. If you'd like to have a peep at my post on 'what do you do on an NSD?' you may get a more realistic impression of how I really live.

Boredom is a swear word in this house. I never get bored. There's always something to be wondering, reading, planning, researching, doing etc etc etc
