I've heard that the barricades are going up in Blackpool and the riot police are standing by.

Here's hoping that the three musketeers have a great day and have stuffed their pockets with throat lozenges.
We will be waiting with breath bated to hear all about it.

Personally, I have an exciting day trying to clean the bits of my room I can get at, coffee with a friend and a quick trip to the cash and carry.

    It's all go.

Have great day and if the weather's like mine then thermal knickers would be a good idea!

Idle question I meant to post yesterday but my router died. What's the difference between a full English and a full Scottish breakfasts?

Scottish style black pudding (no visible lumps of pork fat) Lorne Sausage (square sausage patties) instead of links and potato scone. Bacon, egg, mushroom and tomato are common to both. Baked beans seem to be increasingly common on a Full English.
I've also seen white pudding on a Scots breakfast.

One particularly memorable hotel full Scots breakfast started with porridge, followed by toast, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, more toast, we declined the compote and cereals, so the kippers arrived with brown bread, followed by the fried breakfast. There was toast and preserves if you still had any space left.
(and by contrast my worst hotel breakfast was a cup of cold drinking chocolate, a tub of out of date yoghurt and a stale croissant).
