What a horrid wet day this has turned into, I've done the housework, the cooking and the ironing and I WAS going to take the Cookie puppy for a walk this afternoon, not so it would appear!

Well done on the wood too MrsL - especially if we get the cold winter that's being forecast. Its so miserable here today. DH and friend are working in the garage on other friends trike & I'm trying to sort my packing out for my holiday. Keep getting sidetracked - bacon sandwiches for the boys being one of them! I have managed to sort quite a bit of stuff for the CS as I'm going along and I've just taken half a dozen ceramic pots that have been festering in the greenhouse for a few years to my local florist. She's pleased to have them & I'm pleased to get rid of them

Forgot to say Mrs LW How wonderful about the wood!

Our long-awaited new mattress was due to be delivered today, but Hypnos emailed last week to say that the delivery firm they were using in our area has suddenly ceased trading so they are trying to find another firm that can deliver it as close to the original date as possible.

I'm not holding my breath
