Bought an item in error seller now threatening legal action

Just a mini-update his chaps freezer and another 307 he was selling has dis-appeared, Im hoping that it was ebay that removd it as opposed to him taking it off himself.

"You win"

Nice and short and to the point I think.

I hope that he has learnt three lessons from this:

1. Always be careful about how you describe an item on ebay
2. Dont mess with the bear
2. Dont mess with MSE.

Item 140142189895 - just reported this too, someone else please do so as well, again offering to sell outside of ebay in the region of £300 to email enquirers, he wont know whats hit him when us MSE'rs have finished with him.
