Ive decided not to mention reporting him to ebay as it will come as a nice weekend suprise for him.

haha magnificent, he reckons he is having the last laugh but we cannot have than now can we?!?

Carry on with the claim, by which stage any claim he raises with you will just look like sour grapes to ebay and they wont take him as seriously.

  • Just seen the ad. Have you read the Q&A? They admit they know it's a 2004 but justify this with 'it's practically a 2005?!?!? Either it is or it isn't - and it isnt!
  • tell him you thought you were getting those large bags pictured in the boot! and as someone mentioned, the handbag!!

seriously this guy is a pratt, he has many couriers listed within the description, tell him to courier it to you!!! see what the pillock comes back with!

also the bit where it says item location "3 miles of heathrow", wow he takes up so much space!

the guy is chatting crap and has no legal comeback if you dont proceed with the sale, as someone said above, one of those stupid sellers who wants to put himself across as a solicitor in his previous life

My problem is i feel like a kitten playing with a half dead bird, he flaps and i slap him about a bit, I think I must be getting a tad morbid in my old age.

Alas he hasnt got back to me yet and im not sure if I can get to sleep unless he feeds me some more of his nonsense before I go to bed, im kind of hoping he thinks hes some kind of gangsta gangsta and he'll start spouting rubbish about sorting me out, I guess only time will tell.

Right gota turn this of because Ive got to get up at 4am to go to work.

Than you all for your help, it truly shows that as MSE'rs we can come together and help each other out it restores a bit of faith in humanity in me.

hahhaaa the case against this plum is stacking up - the best of all would be just to drop him an email with a link to this forum, where he will see that so far not 1 person thinks he has a case against you but there are so far 5 against him, i'm sure that will shut him up.

    LAST KNIFE I PROMISE..

the heading says new fast turbo car, as a 54reg it isn't new its 2 and a half years OLD, and he has listed it as used on the description anyway so another contradiction, also those alloys are not top of the range for that car and them tyres are no way as new.
