Thanks everyone, my feet have hardly touched the ground since I got back from my Dad's last Tuesday! On Wednesday I was at the radio station most of the day, Thurs I met a friend and her new baby (what a cutie she is too!) and on Friday met a friend to use our John Lewis vouchers for free coffee and cake. Then yesterday had a wonderful all-day catch up with friends from Uni days, which included lots of lovely food and time sitting out in the garden as the weather was beautiful!

Today is an oasis of tranquillity so I'm trying to catch up with a few jobs - especially as I have a friend coming over for the day tomorrow so need to get ready for that. Bank Holiday Monday tomorrow already can't believe how fast it's come round.

    Hope everyone's well!! xxx

Thanks Steppie, Tuesday morning 9.30am and I'm actually looking forward to starting it - the friend I met with her baby last Thurs has been through a course recently and she said it was really great and has helped her loads so that bodes well!! In fact several people have told me that so I'm optimistic:j:j

  • Went for my appointment today but it wasn't what I expected - just more pre-assessment but just face-to-face instead of over the phone. So it was really a repeat of the phone appointments. I've been referred on to a couple of agencies which the therapist thought would be able to help me with some specific situations I mentioned, then I have another appointment with her in 3 weeks time - and also must make another GP appointment.

I feel as if I'm going round and round in circles!!!!!!!!!:o

Thats frustrating, but I guess you're at least in the system so you'll get there eventually!

  • Something I've started to do seems to be going well - I've started saving £3 a day into a savings a/c linked to my online current a/c. I just log in and swipe it over and it's nice to see a balance beginning to build up in the savings. If I try to collect coins I often find I raid them :o for bus fares etc. I've tried lots of times to save physical coins but without a lot of success due to this problem! I'll still be saving some coins though as they're still useful to have around LOL!!:D

So far I haven't been tempted to transfer any money back from savings so let's see how much I can get - hopefully enough to knock a debt off the list!:T
