Well my first copy of the Sun was purchased yesterday - looks like they're already well into their Thorpe Park free ticket promotion so I'm not sure I'll collect enough tokens in time for that. However there was a 2-for-1 voucher for all the Merlin attractions in there as well.

Today's included the TV listings so that's saved me buying one of those separately - I know I don't need to get that but I usually do end up buying TV Choice which is 50p.

And 50 extra lovely points i.e £2 deals already!! I will be saving these up for my Christmas statement whoop!

I've been cleaning this morning and early afternoon - now going to catch up with diaries:T:T

Bargain lunch! Pasta with mascarpone and tomato sauce. Followed by wombled yellow gages (like plums but smaller) with yogurt. Yumsies :-)

A can of DR Pepper,
A cup of ketchup
A cup of BBQ sauce,
A shake of brown sugar

mix and layer the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker, cover with the mix then leave to cook for eight hours.

the other way you can do it is to boil the contents till it gets thick then cover the chicken and bake, it caramelises and makes its crispy BBQ sauce.

can also do the same with Diet Coke but doesn't taste as strong as there is less sugar in diet coke...

Radio all afternoon, followed by a meet-up in the cafe with a friend who works at the hospital.

Then of course this evening it's the return of Great British Bake-Off! Love that show LOL!!

Wonder what will get thrown in the bin this year!:rotfl:
