Button Moon!!!! Was my ALL TIME favourite programme. The clangers was more my older sisters stuff with bagpuss et al.
Loved The Raccoons as well (have the theme song in my head now darn it)
Glad you enjoyed your time away HB and lovely that your dad has no problem with his face! Parents are worrying aren't they. Hope you had a fun fathers day with him.
Enjoy the tennis. Really not my cup of tea, all that HYAA, HUMPH, HYAA, AAARGH noise really puts me off.xxx

Westie I didn't know you'd been on funhouse! You'll have to tell us what happened!
Lilt - I know what you mean about all the moaning and groaning during the tennis hehehe:rotfl: Particularly Maria Sharipova...that's absolute shrieking!! Also Rafa can be a bit irritating, I think the length of his matches could be halved if he stopped flicking his hair and rubbing his face for ages between points!!:rotfl:
I've had a kind of lightbulb within a lightbulb........realising that even if you think you have no money you can still manage to waste some!! What is that all about????????:o
On Monday I gave £5.50 to the Avon lady for some lipstain that is supposed to stay on all day (did I really believe that??:rotfl:) and a really rubbish liquid eyeliner that smeared all over my face and lasted hardly any time, and is nowhere near as good as the eyeliner pencils I usually use. (It was free though, so can't really complain, and I did get a nice looking nail polish free as well. But I really didn't need to spend that £5.50.) Also got a coffee on the way home on Monday that was £2.95, and I can see where about £20 has in total just been frittered away in like manner this week. This has to stop, it really does.:o
But good news.........DRUM ROLL........ I've slept well for a whole WEEK:T:T:T:T:T More about that in future posts!!!!!!£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

I am the queen of fritteration. £20 would be a welcome amount this week. I'm closer to £200 I reckon. and yes, it has to stop!
YAY for sleeping. And yes, tell me the secret because I am averaging 2.5 hours per nightand it is getting really tiring.
I'm off to pump some iron and shower then try and sleep in this baking hot air. Even my flat is so hot I am in shorts and vest today! xx
