As my direct Ovo account renew link goes to the new prices a guess says that signing up via a site with the old prices will land you on the new contract .

Neither Zog nor Daligas will serve customers supplied via an IGT :(
    Are you sure about that?

They may have recently changed their policy.

My Daligas switch has just been denied because I found out I am on IGT, but ukpower.co.uk says that Zog are happy to accept IGT customers.
    Tariff Notes:
    • Fixed energy prices for 12 months.
    • Online billing - view your bills online.
    • Monthly Direct Debit only.
    • Gas only.
    • IGT customers accepted.
    • Early termination fees apply: £30
    • Zog Energy do not currently offer the Warm Home Discount.

I hope they do because they are my next option. I really wanted to be with Daligas, but if they wont do IGT then they are off the table.

Well, the slide has to stop some time.

The latest Scottish Power April 2016 Fix is £29 more expensive than its predecessor March 2016: assuming 13,500/3,200kWh.

The ride since September 2014 has been really fun, but it looks like prices have indeed bottomed, and we need to seriously consider a long fix.

SP April 2016 1 year fix is £898
SP May 2017 2 year fix is £1.125

    Interestingly,

    E.On 1 Year fixed v16 online is £1,085
E.On Age UK 2 Year fixed v5 online is £1,087

so why would anybody choose the 1 year fix, if they can get the 2 year fix?

I'm hoping that they will make a spectacular blunder in the summer, and bring out a two or three year fix at ridiculously low prices.

Let's see, they hire some TESCO management flunky from the fall-out. He says: we will bring out a LOSS-LEADER product to grab market share. By November 2015, oil prices shoots back up, and he gets sacked, but not before I have switched to a £999 three year fix with E.On. Sweet dreams.

    ....

    Certain about Daligas
(unless they have recently changed their policy too, e.g. like Zog)

As you have found, the supplier will reject you when you apply, if you are with an IGT. - it's identifiable from your M-number (MPRN)

Read your post and checked SP april 16 unit rates, and for my region, northern, they have increased. So glad i just changed to march 16 last week. I have been on jan and feb tariff and now i think SP has hit rock bottom for now.

Olso checked on CEC and every one has come up dearer for me so it seems the energy companies are stopping the slide for cheaper tariffs. Did not last long did it.

It's just like the Evil step mother Queen: "Mirror mirror on the wall, who has the cheapest tariff of them ALL?"
    "You do, my Queen."

Alas, Snow White turns 18 in April 2016.

Well, I had my renewal notice from Ovo and the figures they quoted looked cheap until you worked out that they didn't include VAT. Bad Ovo, Bad Ovo. I thought that all domestic figures had to have VAT shown. Anyway, I switched over to Coop energy as they Ovo prices where so high. I think I saved £80 a year over Ovo's new pricing!

Taking all the discounts i would be £50 better off moving from Ovo . Its worth £50 not to move to a supplier find they are not on the ball wait for credit to be returned etc etc .
