You have one. You don't need to do anything else but it would help others if you posted your successful appeal on the PoPLA decisions Sticky at the top of the main page.

    1. Inform the operator ?

    2. So now do I need to do anything ?

    1. No, they'll be informed by POPLA

    2. Open a bottle of your choice.

And ....... please do us a favour and tell all your friends about the private car park 'management' charade, the business model of which is principally aimed at issuing penalties to motorists and relieving them of eye-watering amounts of money. As you now know, they can be seen off with help from the forum.

Use Facebook and Twitter to tell your friends, and ask them to pass on the message to their friends. The more people know, the more sense we can knock into this system.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Assuming you are the leaseholder, you need to check what the property management company can do in terms of regulations. I'm not saying they can impose such a regulation but they will probably say they can (or the PPC will) as part of their response to your appeal and you need to dispute such an assertion based on the content of the lease.

There is nothing in the lease regarding parking apart my 1 residential parking bay.
    Thats it.

    But what does that say?

The terms in my lease are brief but also quite specific. There is one that defines the parking space, a plan that identifies the specified space and another term the describes the rights of use. There are also terms they give certain powers (with caveats) to the management company. You need to consider the terms of the parking space in full as well as other relevant parts of the lease. Are you able to reproduce the term you refer to?

Like I said, the management company may "come back" on your appeal evidence to quote their side of the rules, you need to counter with yours.
