Did you take a screenshot of the online acknowledgement that you appeal was submitted? Did you get an acknowledgement email reply? (Keep evidence of having made the appeal, just in case).

    Thanks for replying.

Do you know how long will it take ? or whats the procedure now ?
I just sit and wait ?

No idea - depends on how busy they are. If PPC tries to defend it they'll issue their evidence pack - you should receive a copy too, so you can then rebut their outright lies. :)
    Yes.

    No.

Confirmation your appeal has been lodged and date of 'hearing' will be produced shortly. generally mine have been 1-3 days.

last time I submitted the hearing was within about 2 months.

Appeal looks fine but ive only scan read.

UKCPM wont submit any evidence they never do.

Which reminds me I need to submit another appeal....

    We have received your appeal.
This will now be sent to UK Car Park Management Limited. The operator will send their evidence to us and to you before the scheduled date of hearing.

Your appeal will be considered on or soon after 08 April 2015 . You will be notified of the decision as soon as it is available, in the manner you selected.

Please note that in common with other tribunals, all electronic submissions and attachments received at POPLA will be destroyed after 6 months from the date of the last action in the matter and all hard copy received will be securely disposed of after six months from that same last action date.

On the 8th April (or around then) you will receive an email with an attachment reading:

    Dear Sir or Madam

Please find attached the assessor's decision in the above case.

    Adobe reader from here: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

    sincerely,

    Appeals Admin
    POPLA Administrative Team
    enquiries@popla.org.uk

The PDF attachment will read something along the lines of:

    Appeal be allowed...

The operator did not submit a copy of the PCN or any evidence blah blah

Operator must now cancel the ticket.

No you dont need to do anything now. Dont have to be in the UK.

Tell all your friends and family and other residents about this scam and how to beat it by coming here or pepipoo.com. Make sure they know the golden rules: -

Do not pay, do not ignore, do not reveal who was driving, do not use mitigation, appeal and win. There are variations if the vehicle is a lease or hire car but the basics are the same.
If you send someone here make sure they read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES first.

    Good luck.

Okay so I received an email.
It says appeal is allowed. The operator did not submit any evidence.

So now do I need to do anything ?
    Inform the operator ?

    Thanks for all your help.
