The BIG advantage of the separate number for Retentions is that the queue is much shorter than the standard CS line. I got thru in a couple of rings last year when Plusnet CS were sinking under the weight of too many new customers,not enuf staff!!0

Yep but 0800 phone numbers are free as is sending an em to their CEO.0 -
