Should I stay with Plusnet ?

  • Hi all,

Sky have given me a £10 gogw for ringing their 0870 number and also £10 for returning their router, which they mistakenly sent to me. Didn't have the heart to tell them that I phoned their 0207 number and it didn't cost me a penny lol !

It means that I am effectively paying less than £11 pm for my b/band and phone.

...hope you do the lottery - your luck is quite definitely in currently:rotfl:
  • Sky have sent me a £10 voucher for the router. Amazed that it has taken so long but oh well, the process is now over and I have done okay with my overall package.
  • Used to be with T/alk. IMHO, plusnet is far better.

I sent an em to their CEO Andy Baker or you could phone customer services on 0800-4320200 and ask to speak to retentions.

I would not stay with Plusnet if I was paid to.

Ring up, ask for your MAC and you'll be put through to retentions faster than they can say 'we'll do you proud'!
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    PAC? Not MAC?

    Pacman? :p

Switching is such sweet sorrow. Just had a four month saga switching from PlusNet to EE. I have a BT Infinity second landline, in anticipation of trouble, so just time wasted. Got some goodies out of it, though.

If you want to keep your old number, a retention deal is your best bet.
