Just another manic monday -

what a day, I am feeling off sorts again, rubbish, my head feels like its underwater, head in a bag, stuffy foggy type of head...

hope it clears with a good nights sleep, must be due that luxury...

Dinner, ice cream for pudding then chill for the evening...

sorry for being awol for a few days just having been feeling myself....

I have taken a few days off work to try and get my pain under control although I'm sure some members of the team think I am wanting some time off to spend it in the sun, I must say the sun does help my pain lots and everyone feels better in the sun. Everyone seems to be in a happier mood when the sun is shining... (glad I picked this week too as I get to watch the first few days of Wimbledon which I love, the only sport I follow each year)

I am sitting here, in a flat that is a million degrees, I'm sure I have mentioned on here before about how well insulated my flat is, and that I dont have to put the heating on as other flat below me feed my flat with warmth, but geez does it withhold the heat in this crazy weather we are having, I swear the windows are wide open and have been all day and I think its only hot air that is circulating.....

ho hum, i much prefer this weather to the cold, and my body and bones are in agreement...

hope all my westieners are well :0)

Lol Westie, enjoy the strawberries and cream!! Wimbledon is my fave fortnight too....I've followed it ever since I can remember!!

This is proper Wimbledon weather too isn't it? I don't envy them playing in 30 plus degrees, especially with the humidity.

Just catching up. You're officially in my favourite club if mint choc chip is your fave ice cream! Mine too! Although harg dars salted caramel is THE BOMB. I can eat a whole tub/ must not do that!

As for the pain front. Chase up that pain clinic appointment sharpish Mrs. I'm now the proud owner of a tens machine and as it sits vibrating into my spine and hip I am feeling MUCH better. They lent it to me for up to 3 months, depending on when the company who own it contact me to find out if I want to keep it. And if I do, it is £34. A small price to pay for how I am feeling right now!

I've also got optional counselling from professionals, tai chi, training in the Alexander Technique, diet help... She has changed up my meds.. I really think you need this to focus on. Am always around if you need me! xx
