But of a hard day at work colleague just laid into me and has deflated me abit, called me lazy when I said I wasn't supposed to conduct any extra activities due to my wellbeing review and its gone down like a bag of bricks today is another day...

That colleague is well out of order, I know when I had my interviews with occupational health after my return to work I had to have guidelines in place and you're doing the right thing by keeping to your wellbeing review hun. Don't let them get you down (easier said than done, I know) But if things like this happen again let your line manager know.

today was slightly better I sat down with the line manager and said this is not working, although I have my wellbeing plan in place, its not that suitable atm due to staffing levels so I think I will be put on extra duties for the short term to help the staffing,

Today was okay was very quiet< things just got to me and thought !!!!!! it ill be quiet and then they can feel get what they want, still feel like I have kicked in the stomach, doesn't help with my chronic pain to add to that...

roll on xmas and the festivities, Westie likes Xmas...

Thanks HB, been a tough few days and work and today wasnt any better, all I can say is frosty atmosphere which was horrid, but again tomorrow is another day....

Just dropped the pot and the blighters have spread EVERYWHERE!!...

poor Westie cant pick them up... so they will stay till I hoover them up

That's not easy to deal with, I was in a job once where I only got on well with one member of staff (team of 4 of us) and the other two were really weird to me....I used to hate it when it was my friend's day off as I had no-one to back me up. Hope this unpleasantness blows over soon hun, glad you managed to talk about it with your line manager.

It will be fine, I made my feelings clear today and was told that is not just me that is feeling this way, but I was congratulated for holding my cool with her, just need to learn to walk away and not let it bother me, be the bigger person...

She has holiday then I have holiday when she comes back so hopefully by the begining of July things have blown over, we have lost two staff and she has been told to take on the slack so I can only assume thats why she is calling me lazy...
