OMG I have seen the light....


As my fellow westieners you know I have a good collection of coffee products and I am saving a fortune not buying coffees and having my own on tap, which is great and very MSE

ALTHOUGH that said I have reconciled YNAB and I have spent wait for it

£250 on food this month!!!!

for one little lady that is horrendous,

SO....

I have set myself a challenge to eat all the stocks from the cuboards and freezer before I buy anything more, (allowing for the perishable items like butter and milk)

With this is mind I have dug out some chinese ribs from the depths of the freezer (yellow stickered £1.50) and shoved it into the sous vide to slow cook for 24 hours and ill eat it with some crusty rolls and salad tomorrow...

Cant believe June is over and its July tomorrow that means it closer to christmas 2015 then it was NYD 2015

So if you hear me talking about food give me a slap :-)

Lilty, I have a tens machine that I keep in my locker at work, to try and keep my pain at bay when I'm at work, when I am at home I find my electric blanket or hot baths seem to help...

I have to go back to the docs to get a repeat prescription of the gabapentin so I will chase things up, and I am seeing the hip surgeon in two weeks time and will discuss anything to help going forward...

Vanilla ice coffee was amazing -

I wish I didnt need the electric blanket but I have to have it on for warm my bones each night, which almost always means I end up with legs sticking out of the duvet... **note to self get my next one with a timer**

I have decided to venture to the harbour front as I want to enjoy the bit of sun that we have today, I cant walk too far atm, so its the best place, and gets me out of the flat for a few hours, but I am begining to detest being out and having to spend money on drinks/foods/ice creams when I have it all at home, this MSE forum has got right into my brain....

I have reconciled YNAB this morning with this mornings DD, so I now know what I have to play with till payday...

hooo hum.. Back home in a bit to watch Wimbledon with the rest of my strawberries and calorie free cream

Doing so well. Make sure you stick to your freezer. Plan your meals. Works wonders!

Jealous of your harbour trip. I spent the day in a freezing air conned office.

I am feeling it today, the weather has changed, my bones seems to know when the weather is about to change, almost like atmospheric pressures in the air...

I am finding it hard today but I'm sitting in my front room eating cereal...

It Thursday, where has the week gone?

off to check the Wimbledon results as I had to work today, but I'm off again till Monday now....

^When I got in yesterday I turned Wimbledon on to find Nadal serving to stay in the match, then Brown serving for the match! I must catch up too, it looked amazing on the highlights show - what an array of shots that guy has!

We all love a story about a qualifier who makes it through.....I'd love to see him play Federer! (Or Murray)

Anyway, no more watching Nadal's weird rituals between points!!:D
