How did you sleep?
I got a bit emotional reading your stories. My mama died 16years ago and I miss her to absolute pieces even now. I always say Charlie (my epic guinea pig who thought he was a dog) is say on her lap on her cloud, and even now whenever I see one of those ridiculously white clouds with the sun bouncing off it I blow them both a kiss

My Monday has been awesome
in the way that only a parent can understand how lovely it is to remove a small child from yourself into an excellent nursery for the day.. I have DONE things. Including a walk, sorting out BT :j and cleaning the house from top to bottom.
Brand new start for me as I didn't lose a darn pound this last week but I didn't eat great either on a couple of occasions so serves me right. I've got a week and a half to get the best out of myself to do the walk around Leeds Castle. With that in mind, I've already done over 10k steps today and I have done 40 crunches with a 5kg weight on my chest. Might not sound like much but this is HUGE for me. My coccyx (which is disconnected from the rest of me and wobbles about on its own) started complaining after that but I might attempt some more later. I'm making myself better! How I wish you were living next for Westie. I'd drag you on this diet and a gentle exercise routine with me. We'd soon be running marathons painkiller free :heart2: xxx

no sleep I am running on four hours, five hours at work and currently listening to some dire hold music while waiting for tax credits to answer as I have a question about my earnings due to my sick pay last year.... snore, currently been on hold for -.....
