Worst time of year to call tax creds I got through in about 30 seconds a few weeks back, but my pack landed early

got threw at 7:54 been on hold for nearly 50 mins, the advisor was lovely and she even helped to explain my issues even though the lines closed at 8pm...

Its done for another year, next year ill be able to do it online, I hoped to do it this year but due to my sick pay I had to call up... (suppose to stop me underquoting or something)....

Im now having some dinner and a decaf coffee, watching Corrie, in new bedding bliss...

Balancing YNAB and trying to see if I have enough wiggle room to get some petrol for next weekend...

Petrol bought, gift card bought for my nieces birthday which gave me a fuel voucher to use for petrol, I'm glad I went in to shop first...

Westie, I've changed the way I'm going to log my freedom fund, the
first figure is the amount in actual coins in pots at home and the amount in brackets is the amount I've paid into the "debt accounts". Does this make sense? Think this is going to be a work in progress!!:D

Westie likes this idea HB as it shows his much you have saved into goal and how much has gone towards debt so a great incentive and motivation, also as you pay off your figure you have at home goes down so incentivises you to build it back up...

Its Friday again - this week has flown, its Westies sleep day :-)

I have managed to avoid the rain showers to pick up my goggles, I can now see better and have new sparkly clean lens again, I did giggle to myself as I left as I also got a pair of sunglasses, (granted a tweenager pair as my bonce is too small for adult ones) and it was chucking it down with rain, no need for sunglasses, well a day out was lovely yesterday...

Will good be a good investment for the one day of the summer we were get before October lol....

I am now chilling with a coffee and waiting to go back out to brownies, tonight I will be teaching them some old school campfire songs, along with the obligatory "I went to the animal fair"

I love being a brown Owl...

Thanks for the hugs Lilty sadly they havent worked :-(

I have had a great day though And have done some walking so maybe that's contributing to my nerve pain.

I got a text yesterday morning from my bestie saying she was coming for a road trip and would I like two visitors for a sleepover... She lives in Oxford and rarely comes this way and I always go to her so it was great she was coming this way, she has three children so it's hard for her to come this way often but she has done when I was recovering from my operations she came and got me and took me back to hers for a few weeks so I could have some company, she is good like that, and she visited me in hospital last year.

So we have been to the seafront and played out hearts out on the arcade machines had a beer on the beach and did the seaside thing as its a novelty for her seeing the beach, it's been a great impromptu visit, and been great to see her.

It's my nieces birthday party today so I have had a busy weekend for a change, looking forward to seeing her, It not too far only a hour and half away and it gives me a change of scenery for abit.

Hope everyone is okay, tonic water drunk lets hope I can get back to sleep for a few hours.....

the best parties consist of hide and seek especially when there is a wendy house to hide in..
