There really is no need to apologise!!


We love to hear from you and to know you are ok but with everything going on in your busy life and having to care for LL we are not surprised that you are tired. It is good for you to admit it to yourself and to get yourself an early night for a change. You will feel so much better for it in the morning.


And if I see you on this thread again tonight when you should be in bed I am going to call Lilty to sort you out. Got it???

I sympathise, DS2 is poorly tonight too. Same sort of thing, snots, cough, little old man deep voice etc. I don't think I'll get much sleep either!

Can't wait to see that film! Hope you both get to go Xx

Piriton Syrup. Best blooming cough medicine/anti-snot device I have ever found, recommended by a pharmacist. Makes Jelly's colds bearable & allows her to sleep through when normally she would vom several times nightly with coughing. xx

I'm still up but the final straw has broken the camels back and LL is IN HIS OWN BED under great duress for the first time in about 2 months. :eek: Door shut and final warning if he comes out no cinema.

About 20 mins ago he covered ozzy-dog in stickers including on his NOSE which wouldn't come off easily and hurt Ozzy to pull off so now ozzy is also seriously p1ssed off as well tonight!

And now I get to be stretched out in the middle of my own bed with Family Guy on (for the first time in 2 months) Happy days!

LL didn't make it to the movies and both have been taken over full force by the dreaded lurgy
Forgive any radio silence and neglect of other threads.. I've not been unwell at the same time as him before -HOW- do people be ill themselves and care for someone ill?!

Anyway it's just the snuffles -- we'll survive. Love ya'll. :heart2:

Awww get well soon!!! I have the lurgy too, and my daughter had it during the week although she is ok now. It's not fun!! The TV is your friend x
