Right mum has fixed the hoover as I had put in a filter back to front so now I have two Miele's. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. I think that is a luxury and I am going up in the world. :o

We are doing wardrobes tomorrow. They like the garage. :D

Am realising now that my throat still isn't cured. Eaten two samosas for lunch. Shattered going to bed. :j

That's an unexpected bonus re the hoover SW. Saves you trying to carry it upstairs too as in my experience hoovers are not light.

I bought a cordless morphy Richards one for about £80 for upstairs, it is very lightweight and has a detachable hand held for doing the stairs.

Glad your parents like the garage :D

I wish i'd fixed it for myself and spared myself £138!!!! Yikes. I try to money save and it doesn't always work out. My house is only small its a bit crazy to have two vacuums but I shall feel rich now as I bet the Real Housewives have two at least and a couple of servants to use them!!!!! lol.

Later this week am going to have another declutter and try to get rid of some of my coats. I do not need so many especially the ones I don't wear any more. I will do this next week I think. I will be ruthless as I wasn't when I tried to be last time.

I also remembered I have some crystal glasses I might be able to sell. It would clear some space?

I haven't been able to log into my new account I don't think the switch has occurred yet.

Throat hurts but feel happy as parents are here and I am talking much more now. I have been sleeping a lot I hope the tiredness goes soon. Still it was a NSD.:j

Tomorrow I go to hospital and hopefully they will find out what's wrong and put it right as I miss work. Also I want to start to take the bedroom wardrobes down so I can get rid of the damp. It will look a mess but I am v happy that something is being done:D

I have met a v brusque dr at the hospital and will see my GP tomorrow for the best way forward.

We are not taking the wardrobes down ourselves and will leave it to the builder to do as dad isn't confident.
