Hurrah the plan from now on is to chill, tidy, prep notes, walk a few miles daily (as i weigh 64kg!!!!) which is not good. Whatever the weather i will do this. I am so excited. I am going to start tomorrow even if it is raining.Aiming for a minimal spend 20221

Sounds great!
If the weather is really bad one day, then walk up and down the stairs several times instead. Do it a couple of times throughout the day. That will keep momentum going.
Gardening is good exercise as it's bending, sitting, standing.
Get off the bus a stop or two earlier and walk the rest of the way.
Main thing to do is counteract the inactive times against some form of movement.
Have a good weekend.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
That's brilliant. I am going to tidy and do a walk today and then chill. I did a small walk and spent the day in bed, so tired! lol. Tomorrow i wanted to go to the seaside but i have plenty of urgent gardening to do. I bought some cornflower plants today too over social media £15 spent. (I am spending an awful lot this week)Aiming for a minimal spend 20222

Skinty you are so right. I am taking it easy. A few simple house jobs and gardening daily and from Monday some work for old (admin) and new job. The weather is glorious today. I'm just so glad that it is dry.
Jobs to do (First day of hols):
1. Clear weeds in front garden.
2. Clear weeds in back garden path,
3. Plant extra petunias.
4. Vacuum house.
Ps i have treated myself to some new blouses on fleabay as will need them for new job as it is a smarter workplace. I will add up the cost later but it is quite a bit (40 i think all second hand though)
It is 6pm and it started to rain so i put slug pellets out!Aiming for a minimal spend 20221 -
You're doing well.
Think of the £40 as being an investment for your new job, it's money well spent.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1
