Hey the weather is gorgeous my friends are visiting today and taking me to the beach, my kitchen looks amazing and I still have 4 weeks left of my holiday so I am going to ignore you from now on.
My aim is not to annoy anyone just to make it through the day. I am pretty ill just 'cos I don't rant about it all the time I don't need any sarcastic comments thanks all the same.
So far I have made £20 from fleabay and am waiting for the auction to end tomorrow. Yay to a good Saturday.
Above post (not darling Stereochild's) is a troll post pls ignore.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Enjoy your trip to the beach and the rest of your holiday :A:j0

It's Steve and Andy Mrs Upsidedown Bear one day you will meet them. Aesop has. We met on MSE through Susan on an adventure. I must tidy kitchen a bit more. Was ill yesterday so didn't get far. Been asleep for most of day so far am going to pull self together and sort out a cupboard or two before they arrive.
I was suppose to visit a carboot tomorrow but due to predicted rain am not going.
What's the weather like by you?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Its warm and sunny here
I was planning to go to the car bot tomorrow too but it's going to rain here as well.
Hope you are feeling better :kisses3:, enjoy the beach.0 -
Am not sure if I am allowed to do this but Jane Clark (Frugal Queen)and Maria Nedeva (two of the best frugal ladies I know) are on a thread on Debt Camel discussing the dilemmas between making more income and reducing spending. I took the link off so I don't break any rules.
My brain is shot after the last few days of illness but it will be worth a read as they are both inspiring. I miss Maria she used to be on MSE back in the day. I was her biggest fan. Love her. Still kept her PM's!!!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Not sure why you are being trolled SW, but you do right to ignore them.
Maria has her own blog and posts on facebook. Her posts have been popping up lately on my newsfeed.
I.used to chat a lot to her along with MG who is no longer on MSE either. Both are inspiring women and I followed Maria's blog for a long time. These days spread to thin to keep up with everything.
Anyhow, seen your signature, it's brilliant. Well.done!
I applaud you as you are doing really well and it is showing by your posts.
I have spent 2 and a half hours tackling the front garden today with Ds. My arms are killing me from the branch cutting and sweeping.
But pleased to say front garden looks much better. Even Ds said how clean it looked.0 -
Well done on gardening. Sorry about the arms! It'll be worth it as I bet the garden looks fab now.
Boys took me to supermarket for a lovely food shop. Then they built me a shelving unit for my files which I will sort out asap. We had Chinese and are recovering before we walk on the beach.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
It look clean, that's the main thing. There's no plants there as neighbour drove into our front wall and all the bricks landed in the bedding, and it's a big job to get rid of all the bricks and debris she left behind.
But at least it's tidy now. And I have more light in our front room.
Mmmm chinese. I had fish pie.
Enjoy your walk on the beach.0 -
Blooming heck Aesop. You are lucky no one was hurt. Your poor garden. Well done on trying to make it better. I hope MG is a millionaire now.
I have had a lovely morning on fleabay and made £27. Yay straight to kitchen fund.:j
How on earth do people become millionaires on fleabay? I have had a weird lady telling me to reduce price of blooming expensive Coast skirt to £4 which I did now she has asked me to reduce postage to £2.50. Is she having a laugh? :eek:Does she know how heavy the skirt is? I will simply give it to charity. Rude lady.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
DHbis saying to me why didn't I get ladders out and do higher branches. Told him that's his job.
I don't do ladders. Now he says I have to sieve soil.... Honestly the man thinks I have nothing to do but garden all day.
She's not paid off her mortgage yet but getting there.
Sod the woman on ebay block her and put skirt back on for a proper price0
