I'm in exactly the same position. I have waited patiently over two separate 24 hour periods to redeem the vouchers and I've still not got any Odeon codes. There goes my cinema trip tonight (unless I fork out another £20 on top of the £10 I've already paid!)0

Hi there Jillsa – I do apologise, there may be a slight delay with the company sending out your Odeon Vouchers. This is due to the high demand for the vouchers. This should be with you very soon.
Kitty5 The voucher code that starts with an M is not your Odeon voucher – the Odeon voucher will be sent to you after 24 hours (or slightly longer due to a short delay) which you can then use to book your ticket. This will come from Odeon Promotions.
Hi Emls – please use this link (this was emailed to you and in your Mighty Deals account) to redeem; http://www.mightydeals.co.uk/redeem.aspx?ldid=54404
Thanks guys, give me a shout if you need anything else!

What I'm curious about is how there is an issue with Odeon sending out voucher codes on time when there was a specific number of vouchers dedicated to the deal? They must have been prepared to handle the amount of transactions when they set the original transaction limit. I think this is just clever tactics on Odeon's part (not Might Deals). It's clearly a delaying tactic to generate as much revenue as possible over the weekend as there are some highly anticipated box office releases today.0

Absolute Faff!!! 48 hours later and no code. I sent this email to might deals
Dear Mighty Deals,
I am extremely dissatisfied with your product. It is an absolute waste of time producing all these emails. I buy the deal, 24 hours later you send me a code, I then redeem that code and get a confirmation. Two hours I spent yesterday trying to use this code. It was not clear I had to wait a further 24 hours for an Odeon code!!! When I try to read the terms and conditions the link no longer works because the deal had sold out.
Why oh why did they just not say on the redemption confirmation you needed to wait for the official odeon code? I am still waiting. I am very unhappy as I wanted to take the kids to the cinema today and could not and assumed almost two days was plenty enough time. The only reason I realised it was not the official odeon code was because I searched 'mighty deals odeon code not working'. On the moneysavingexpert forum (not yours) I found dozens of the same complaints, or I would have just turned up at the cinema.
It would have been simpler if you told customers they would in effect have to wait a minimum of 48 hours to get their official Odeon code. And that's presuming they redeem the code the second its emailed through!
There were several missed opportunities by both you and Odeon to pick up on this. Odeon could have simply said on their announcement (Basingstoke announcement on Odeons web page) That the code would start with (whatever their code starts with!!!) You could have had the tcs much more accessible.
I am not a happy customer, and I will not be using you again. If I simply got a family ticket it would have been £8 more and a lot less hassle. And we could have gone to the cinema today as I promised my children.
Regards
And................I am still waiting!!0 -
Exactly the same happened to me as many others on this forum.
I bought 3 tickets on Wednesday (to go to the cinema during half term) then did the 2 redemptions. Waited for 2 lots of 24 hours, and guess what? Nothing!
Appalling service, and the email address given to MSE (promising a response within 24 hours) just says "We'll respond within 3 days".
Perfect! Half term will be over by the time they even reply!
Oh, and there's nothing in my spam folder...0 -
Same with me.
I have redeemed the Mighty deals code beginning with M, but have received nothing else apart from a Redemption Successful email.
Does the email come from Odeon Promotions?
A very complex and confusing system. Don't think I'll use Mighty Deals again. Not worth the faff for a couple of quid.
I hope it arrives by Monday, when I wanted to use it.We are QPR, say we are QPR!0 -
...actually just spotted I DID get "Voucher Successfully Redeemed" emails... at 15.15 yesterday, but no sign of an Odeon voucher. Interesting that the company representative on this page is quick to point out that the 24 hour periods are mentioned in the Ts and Cs but goes very quiet when it comes to people saying the 2 lots of 24 hours have passed.
Just send us our vouchers!!!!!0 -
...does anyone actually have any positive feedback about this company?!0

48 hours and still no email from Odeon with my ticket code. Not impressed.Jillsa0

bought 4 lots of these on Wednesday, waited the 24 hours, redeemed the four separate vouchers last night straight away as soon as I was sent them. Another 24 hours later and still no sign of my vouchers. I plan to use these tomorrow, taking my 2 and 5 year old to see peppa pig so they had better send me them by the morning otherwise I will be after a refund. Have contacted both customer services email that was given here and submitted a ticket. Unfortunately I cant "wait and see" as Ive already told the kids we are going tomorrow. what a pain in the bum this is I wont be using them again.
I know it says you cant get a refund if you redeem the vouchers but surely I will be able to as they did not send me the Odeon code within the 24 hour?
Anyway rant over.0
