I bought 2 of these £5 vouchers & have had a problem. I've just e-mailed Mighty Deals. The MSE info says they have agreed to respond to any customer feedback e-mails within 48 hours, but their first response to my e-mail says they will get back to me within 3 days.

Here's what I e-mailed to them - has anyone else had the same problem?

Odeon Vouchers

I bought 2 vouchers yesterday & received 2 'Your Mighty Deals Voucher' e-mails today. I redeemed them both & got 'Voucher Successfully Redeemed' e-mails and the vouchers are listed on the 'My Account' page, BUT when I click the green 'View Voucher' button & then the 'Open Voucher' button - I am taken back to the 'Last step redeem your voucher' screen.

How do I get to print out the vouchers I have bought?

Please let me know quickly, as I would buy more of these if the process works.

Hi how long did it take for the tickets to get emailed to you? Iv had.nothing and worried.now

I got the links emailed after exactly 24 hours after purchase. I have now redeemed my vouchers but also have no idea how I get the codes. Do they post them since they asked for an address! It doesn't say anywhere.

Having been back and read the t&c properly. After redemption you will turn be sent a voucher code and redemption details for Odeon. It doesn't say if this us being sent nail mail of email though.

Hi guys, thanks for your posts.

Unfortunately the deal has now completely sold out, so thats why it is not showing online unsaltedrhino.

For those who have purchased, you receive your Mighty Deals voucher code to your email account 24 hours after purchase. This will also be in your online Mighty Deals account in case you don't have access to your email account or it goes to your junk folder.

You then use this code (which begins with the letter M) to get your Odeon Cinema Ticket code. We provide a link. This is called redemption.

Within 24 hours of redemption, you will be sent your Odeon code direct to your email account, which you can book your seat online or take to the cinema to use.

If you have any questions, please just let me know and I can resolve them for you.

This is what I think happens, going from the details on their website:

Once deal is purchased, Mighty Deals will send you your confirmation of purchase. (instant email following purchase)

Within 24 hours (mines was exactly 24 hours later) you will be sent a Mighty Deals voucher code and redemption page.

Once you have redeemed your Mighty Deals voucher, you will be sent an Odeon voucher, via email, within 24 hours. So in other words, takes two days to even get the Odeon code. What a faff!
