I try to get in the beach at least a few days a week. Difficult at the mo, but I try. I'd never dream of going in the sea  my dog shakes when he hits the beach. The 'spaniel shake' he takes a big breath at the cold and does this shaking thing before he finally decides he can brave it :D
There is something nice about that coldness on a beach that takes your breath from you :D

    I could help :rotfl:

Go to your favourite beach and just go for it. At this time of year it's woolacombe for me. Not been able to get there this year, but they have some lovely secluded parts.

I would not even get get my tiny toes wet let alone anything else.

We visit woolacombe twice a year when possible, it really is an amazing place :) ...usually out of season though as can be pricy.

Not been able to book so far this year :(.

We usually stay in a caravan at the WB site as have fond memories staying there as a child, but have stayed at GC as well....

I'm quite a dab hand at the beachball bounce

Believe me, it's not only toes that go small, but the warm up period can be interesting. ;):D
