Hubby's work sorted out the pay problem and he is due another 189 tomorrow
When he first heard about the 500 bonus we agreed to pay 250 to CC and he could have the rest.. So far we paid 130 out of his bonus so another 120 might be coming CC way
But I'm not going to push him, will wait till tomorrow and see if he still wants to do it. Btw whenever I get bonus I also put majority to debt/ family commitments as we 100% share the money (so it's not one sided)
Will update tomorrow, hopefully with a new total :j0 -

Thank you for popping in my diary it does mean a lot
I have some sad news.. This is something I have known for awhile but been keeping it to myself.. my gran has been diagnosed with terminal cancer awhile ago and it is looking like she hasnt got long left
I have phoned her this morning and things are really starting to hit home, as she was telling me to "be prepared" and that "she hopes the pain will stop soon". She is on very strong morphine based medication (plus patches) but it doesnt seem to be helping anymore! She says within half hour the pain starts again..
As soon as she was diagnosed late last year she wanted to go back to the country of our origin and has finally got her wish last month and is "back home" now. So the only means of contact is phone calls now and Im not sure I will be able to get out there to see her before she passes....
Our family have been through a cancer death before so we are prepared but it still really hitting me hard.
Me and mum had a conversation about funeral last night.. and it will be circa $2,000 (another reason she wanted to go back home as its much cheaper there). I did say to my mum that I will start saving and will help out as much as I can.
So I will definitely wont make any extra overpayments this month but will try to stash some away for this, i already have 300 put by.
Will let you know if theres anymore news Xx0 -
