    hi DFB35
Look at your sig!!!! You are doing brilliantly :) and beating me :P Not sure if mine will be clear by Christmas, but I'll still keep plugging away at it! x

Thank you stepuptothepl8, keep going plugging away - you can do it! :money:

I got a bit lucky as hubby was accepted to the 0% credit card very happy but need to fight the urge now to only pay minimum! But I think I have come out of that frame of mind now and will keep going! Xx

you are doing so well I have not thought of making a list of what spending is up and coming so thank you I think that is an idea that will really help me

It helps calm me down a bit and makes me focus on what I have coming up, it doesn't always work out to plan but gives me reassurance that I will have the "basics" covered till payday.. I have noticed a theme now, having this diary a couple of months I normally start to stress with two weeks till payday :o

Ok I think I have come out of the panicky frame of mind now, of course I will keep making large overpayments.. Just because the debt is moved to the 0% card, fundamentally nothing has changed, it hasn't dissapeared and I need to keep going!

So yeah, back on track (mentally)..

Pay off the 4k CC by Christmas ... Then if I take the same principle to the 10k loan, I want to tackle it in 2016... It will be [STRIKE]10k[/STRIKE] (or whatever left by then... Gets the calculator out.. It will be 8,953 by January 16) VS 12 months. 12 payments and I want it gone! :money:

Come on DFB35 I can do it! Hopefully no more wobbles :)

And after that... It will be MFW...

Had a lovely NSD today, cleaned the house which is my usual routine on Saturday mornings, when hubby and son are at football. This week it's been a lot easier though as I've been home all week so been doing bits already :)

Cooked a lovely roast lunch and organised my garden shed! I kinda turned it into a guinea pig/ kids den! I will try to add a picture to show you. Very pleased with it!

I don't have many hobbies, with working full time and kids and house, but I have to say animals are my main hobby, I love looking after them. Obviously we can't have a dog at the moment as we are working so much, but we always had small furries.. Rabbits, hamster, gerbil and now 2 guinea pigs  oh and we have fish too, but it's different having something you can cuddle ;)

Guinea pigs are now out for the summer, but I have to watch the weather and give them a heat pad as the nights are still a bit cold.

Tomorrow will go with the boys to watch sons football game and then having family round, then before we know it will be Monday and back to school/work!

    Morning DFB,

You can totally clear all of that debt by the end of 2016, we will be rooting for you :D.

Awww the shed looks lovely, although I'm actually really terrified of small furry animals, don't know why though! Give me an large dog any day :rotfl: xx

Thank you for believing in me mummytogirls!

You actually made me :rotfl: with your comment, it's probably because they are small and skittish? I feel that way about rats and mice, although rats are supposed to be super good pets! Also with the gerbils and hamsters we had they have bitten me a lot! I feel guinea pigs are a perfect balance not being too small and not too fast :)
