QB Wolf - are you in the process of buying? Good luck if you are:0)

Just noticed my over payment has brought min monthly payment down to £851.81. It was previously £852.07. I've put it in my signature because I think seeing that drop will motivate me and I intend to keep my term the same.

If it's any consolation, when I worked at the Halifax, it wasn't unknown for us to do mortgages of over a million pounds, and this was six years ago

If you take that as a benchmark, your mortgage isn't so large after all!

Love the new benchmark!!! I work in finance and sometimes the figures are just numbers but then suddenly I realise it's actually real money!!!

Well I had got all smart and ordered these bay trees from a trade garden centre.... So got them half price so thought this was great! Squeezed them into my car like a comedy sketch and drove them home with my knees round my chin cause the seats were so far forward. Put them on the corners of the decking and then thought they look nice...........

.......... 2 hours later I looked in my garden and thought.... I don't give a sh@te about the garden and £130 is too much for trees that I'll probably manage to kill in a month

............ So comedy sketch continued with me driving the bay trees back to the garden centre. Knees round my chin again!!!:rotfl:
