Has anyone else received an email that's entirely in German?

I did! :D But when I clicked through and entered my login details the survey was all in English. It was about new types of products from Twinings, if I remember correctly. No offer of a free sample though

I had my first pinecone survey today! It is showing as complete in my profile, but it still has me at 0 Points on the bar type thing. Is it normal for it to take a while before its added on?

I heard they were meant to be the bees knees but its taken a couple of weeks before survey #1....would seen that Populous and Prolific are both more profitable. Time will tell!

This is quite normal. I completed a survey about a week ago and got the notification today. Don't worry, they do pay you. I think they're one of the best survey sites for the amount they pay. I'm lucky enough to get £4 as I joined them a long long time ago before they changed it to £3. Even £3 per survey is good money :)

Are you using .co.uk or .com? I've done this before and put in .com and couldn't get on. I've tried just now and it seems ok for me.
