This is such a shame about Pinecone, it used to be one of the best for surveys.
It definitely was. I used to get roughly 3 surveys per month and my pay out was £4 per survey.
Now I am lucky to get about 1 survey every 4 months.
The password and login pal-larva annoyed the hell out of me also and I have to change it each time I get a survey. It's so annoying!0 -
Completed a survey a week ago, not received credit for it. Tried to log into the site and says my login has failed, also unable to re-set password because it says I'm not authorised to do so! Is anyone else having issues? I've used the site with no problems for about 8 years, so I'm a little surprised by this. Wondering if they've been hacked, or gone bust?Minimalist

Last survey I completed was 30/04, credit was in my account on 01/05 and logged in fine when I tried just now.0 -

I have now resolved the log-in issue with them, just waiting for them to respond regarding the missing credits. Thus far they have been very prompt in replying which is a good sign.Minimalist

I used to get on average 2 surveys a month from PR. I get 1 survey every 4 months now which is a shame!
I've had the login and password debacle too but did manage to get in eventually and sort out a new password.
I actually got a product trial from the last survey I did so that was a nice bonus.
Oh and I am one of the old school ones who gets £4 per survey.0 -
I got a survey today and got paid same day. True they are not as frequent as they used to be but £3 for 15 mins work is good rate for a part time mum on min wage.0

My last survey was 15th July, Previous one was 14th May. Is there any reason why I don't get any more surveys now?
I've only had 7 surveys this year. At first they were every 2-3 weeks apart.0 -

I used to change mine between 'No limit' and '1 a day' when I hadn't had a survey in a while. I usually got an invite within a week of the change. Probably coincidence but it seemed to get me a survey.
Pinecone has been quiet for me the last few months too, but it's maybe worth checking the frequency setting.Saving a house deposit. Member no.7 100% of target
