Fingers crossed on the PPI front - that's a crazy amount to be charging!!
Have you had any responses with/without CCAs yet or are you still in limbo?
No actual CCA yet - just that one response saying they have referred to the original lender. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - I think we are just waiting to hear from one predator regarding our totals. Need to get a couple of CCA requests posted tomorrow. Haven't had any CCA's back yet and only one reply from one predator saying they had passed it back to original holder. I'm a bit disappointed if I'm honest. Really look forward to seeing the post when I get home from work and when there is nothing there I feel deflated. Huge change compared to when we first needed to go on the dmp and I used to dread the mail.
Diets - I weighed myself a day early and had lost another 2lbs but then easter eggs and a meal out may have scuppered that.
DIY - have ordered the worktop upstand we needed for the kitchen from Wickes during their 15% off weekend so that will be arriving at some point. Will need to see if we can borrow a mitre saw from somewhere to do the corners. Still decluttering slowly but surely - need to update my signature. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Hi, I'm surprised just how easy I have been finding it this time round. When I did it previously I was spreading my 500 calories over the day. Now I am only having a coffee in the morning then water until tea time, then about 400 calorie meal and that leaves enough calorie allowance for another couple of coffees and a piece of fruit later if I need it but I have been managing without. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - We have received one CCA back so far. Unfortunately it looks enforceable so we will need to keep paying that. However the CCA showed that we had paid PPI which I definitely didn't know about otherwise I would have claimed on it when I was made redundant. So mis-selling complaint has been made. Hopefully that will pay out and I'll be able to offer them it back as an F&F. All other CCA requests have been made but still to hear back from them.. Stresco refused to deal with it until I sent them a copy of my signature. Thanks to Sourcrates I have sent them a reply saying it is not a legal requirement for a CCA.
Diet - had cake a couple of times during the holidays when taking the kids out and about or while waiting for them at least. It hasn't done anything to the weight - still the same as the last weigh-in, so pleased with that.
DIY - the worktop upstand arrived so need to get that fitted soon. Really hoping we can get the kitchen painted soon too and then that will be it finished unless we decide to do something with the floor. Just wish there were more days in the week. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - couple more replies regarding CCA's. One can't be found so unenforceable. I posted on the DMP thread that it reduces our debt free day by 15 months I think. The other reply had a CCA in it but I am not 100% certain that it is an enforceable one so looking into that further.
Diet - put on 2lbsThat might be a delayed result of the cake while on holiday and hopefully I'll have lost it again this week. Will see when I next weigh myself.
DIY - the nice weather has meant we have been tidying up the garden so things indoors have halted again but I'm sure there are still plenty of rainy days, that will keep us out of the garden, to come. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - no more replies from anyone yet. Will be making token payments to the two we have received CCAs back from so far and the two overdraft DCAs tomorrow once wages go in so the totals are not going to go down much this month.
Diet - have lost the 2lbs that went back on plus a bit more - 1st 3lbs lost in total since starting back on the 5:2 BUT I must confess I haven't really been following the plan. For three days of the week I have a decaff coffee for breakfast then have nothing but water until 5.30pm when I will have a meal prepared by my DH which may or may not be around 500 calories. He hasn't been counting and basically makes whatever he thinks everyone will eat but still taking into consideration that I don't want a plate full of stodge. I think more often than not it has been over the 500 but doing it 3 days rather than 2 still seems to be working.
DIY - did some more outside maintenance including a bit of painting. It snowed again yesterday and today so will get some more indoor stuff done this week.
Work - have had a tiny £400 per year pay rise which is no where near enough to cover the hassle they are putting us through. There seems to be a progress meeting every week which just ends up proving there has been no progress made whatsoever. We have had a formal letter put out which no-one agrees with so more meetings coming up to try and come to an agreement. But I have had enough. Have started filling out an application for a post that I could probably do with my hands tied behind my back but because they want formal qualifications for it, it starts off as a two year training post. If I get it then it means a drop in salary for the two years followed by a reasonable hike so I have discussed it with DH and he is behind me on this. Our tax credits will hopefully go up slightly and now we have gone self-managed it will be easier to change the payments we make to our predators so all I have to do now is get that job!The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - Still no further progress on CCA's. So no payments gone out to any of them. My various tins are doing well. We haven't needed to raid any of them at all so really chuffed with that and the bank account is looking reasonable. Have upgraded my basic current account to one that gives out 5% interest for the first year still with no overdraft so keeping every penny in there rather than transferring the odds and sods at the end of each week like I have been doing. It should just keep increasing now because of this.
Diet - Have definitely lost a bit more weight as clothes are getting looser. Haven't weighed myself this week as I want to get a hopefully nice surprise when I do next weigh myself.
DIY - lot more decluttering done. The room that has basically been a store room for ages has at least half of what was in there gone. Lawn has been mown and a bit of digging done. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.

Debts - second letter from sTrESsCO insisting they won't process my CCA request without a signature. They are the only one that has responded that is asking for this. However this time they have also stated I can go through security over the phone so I might break my own law of never talking to them just to get this over and done with. Still no response from any others so currently at two enforceable and one unenforceable. The unenforceable one is an Egg card being dealt with by barclaycard and we are now starting to get letters saying they are going to default - send it on etc. Considering it no longer shows on our credit records I think they will find it has already been defaulted by Egg so even if they default again it still won't show and if they sell it on we will just do the same CCA request.
Diet - had a bit of a blip this week - just felt really hungry midweek and definitely eat more than allowed - made up for it by being exceptionally good for the rest of the week. Still holding off on weighing for a bit though.
DIY - More decluttering and more garden tidying. We have a huge garden and don't really make the most of it so trying to get it so it is almost all usable this summer.
Work - well have got through the first part of the application process by having my application chosen for the first part of the interview. The interview is a two part thing. First half is a practical assessment to show I am competent. The second half will be later in the week and is the more formal interview for those that got through the practical. This isn't happening until June though so a bit to wait. As for work itself it turns out they made a huge error by only trying to change things for some of us in the same department. HR have informed them it is all of us or none of us, so that has put a delay on what is happening while they do a time and motion study on the whole department. Hopefully I will be out of there by the time things all change. The person who moves a mountain begins by carrying small stones.
