    A friend ows me £300 after i lent him £200 a few months when he was struggling bk and he payed me half just now so Straight off the mortgage


    You lent him £200 and he pays you back £300.


    I should have applied that interest rate when lending my relative about 2 years(now) worth of my mortgage payments, as it is, they have 0% interest rate.:)

    this was at least 4-5 months ago now still owns me the rest haha
