    Thought id do a few Targets for myself before the new year

    Currently i am at

    EF- 15k
    Mortgage balance off £66599 ( slightly less than this due to Op this month so far but i will update end the end of each month :] )

    Target before 2016

    EF - 16k ( Got to try right ? :])
    Mortgage balance to be under 65k

    Long term goal
    My end free MF date is 2025 10 years Which is a min OP each month of around £350 If i can pay more

    My assets look good now

    House vaule around 110k
    Car worth around 5k Payed for
    Other Valuable assets around 5-6k

    No debt bar the mortgage :] only this time last year i was in 10k of debt how a year can change your life if you work hard (story for another day)

    I was just Checking my amazon purchases have been taken out of my account and seen that 1 of my low easy access accounts had payed me interest of £92.77

    So i checked and turns out its a year old so payed the interest :] money goes in and out of this account monthly not much has been going in last few months due to spending so much on the house but anyway renewed the account

    Thats £92.77 OP :] Turning out to be a good month of additional income Take advantage which i can i say

    Now i could of bought myself a rug with that but Im MFW so i didn't lol
