Bet its starting to come together now, great stuff :j
Are you booking carpenter to come back for the downstairs doors?
Great you can do stuff yourself too, my limit is painting and picture hooks :rotfl:. I have put curtain poles up though - almost straight :rotfl:
Well we agreed a price on a few jobs
fit kitchen inc floor and tiles all plumbing oven ect ect hang 7 doors loft floor and a new window sill in the conservatory
the mosaic stone is on the walls today and the floor is layed out so tomorrow the floor will be done and then i can have a good look at whats left to do
I did have a quick word with him today and he said hell have to pop back in the evenings to finish off whats left
i will however tell him not to bother with the loft just hang the doors and sort my sill out in conservatory he does a great job either way he wont be getting payed till its all doneMortgage--- [STRIKE]£67700 March 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65221 April 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64983 July 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64780 sept 15[/STRIKE] Remortgage [STRIKE]£67295 oct 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£66599 Nov 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65878.73 Dec 15[/STRIKE][STRIKE] £64834 1st Jan 16[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Feb 16 £64,511.89[/STRIKE][STRIKE] March 16 £64,056.40[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]April 16 £62550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]May 16 £62,396.20[/STRIKE] Feb 17 £60.800

Bit of a money situation update
i ow out around 4000 for kitchen and carpenter
now i had 5k for the house left so that leaves me with 1k which isnt enough 5k would of done it but iv got much higher spec than i thought i would
i think around 2k will finish the house off :j:j
still have the 15k EF this is overkill for what i need so some will be going into the house or over payment once remortgaged.
Overall things look ok i still wanna get under that 60k mark this year tho but cant overpay while the house is beign done as i may need itMortgage--- [STRIKE]£67700 March 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65221 April 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64983 July 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64780 sept 15[/STRIKE] Remortgage [STRIKE]£67295 oct 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£66599 Nov 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65878.73 Dec 15[/STRIKE][STRIKE] £64834 1st Jan 16[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Feb 16 £64,511.89[/STRIKE][STRIKE] March 16 £64,056.40[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]April 16 £62550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]May 16 £62,396.20[/STRIKE] Feb 17 £60.800

Fab renovation budget there - and higher spec under budget :jMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -
It will be lovely - I'm scared to renovate because ive been badly burned by rip off tradesmen in the past.it can be hard to find someone reliable.HOME
