    PPI Money arrived today :]

£596 so ill add £400 out of my daily pot to make this 1k and add it to the EF which now stands at 15k

Few plans with the EF for the next few months

I need to remortgage this will come at a ERC tho of 1.8k or so but will save me 3k a year for the first 2 years and roughly 2k there after so well worth paying

If i do get the remortgage im after i should be left with around 13k EF so then i would off load 5k onto the mortgage getting me down to 60k and still have 8k EF left which would be more than 2 years mortgage payments easily a year and bit bills with full bills

Thats the plan anyway for now maby it will change but well know more next month on that front

Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
