I had the same due to IGT, but it was all sorted in the end. Zog were very helpful through the switch.

Service has been faultless since they took over supply. Even if I could find somebody cheaper, I wouldn't leave them right now. They are just so good!

They seem to have accepted the point that IGT transfers shouldn't delay the sending out of Welcome Letters, and they say that a review of IGT transfers is in progress. They genuinely seemed grateful for my feedback.

Currently in the process of switching from Daligas to Zog. Will be paying about £8 per year more than Daligas.

Everything has gone very smoothly so far. Welcome Letter as planned and switch date received.

All seems very efficient compared to Daligas. There are many reasons I am leaving them for a more expensive supplier....
  • Switch in progress for an IGT supply. Can confirm that, after a couple of questions (MPRN and standard credit meter?) welcome letter received within 24hrs.

Wow. companies do respond to feedback. They even sent me a free tote bag. My wife isn't too sure that she wants to walk around with a bag with Zog written on it:rotfl:

i have now been with Zog Energy for a month. this morning I set about trying to resolve a mass of misinformation about my final account with my old supplier (Ovo). Having got nowhere, I referred the matter to Zog who had things sorted out in 30 minutes. I am impressed.

I continue to be impressed by Zog. My first statement came in overnight. It does take 10 days but I was aware of this from other posts on this thread so thanks for that. The statement itself is clear and the layout is such that it is not filled with un-necessry information as is now the case with bills from most providers. Someone has also given a lot of thought to the font size etc which makes it easy to read for us older ones.

  • Well an update from me too.

Been with ZOG since Apr 2014, i'm trying to think of a single criticism and i can't.

Was going through our accounts yesterday and clicked onto the latest ZOG bill, noticed the amount the account was in credit was increasing constantly, helped no doubt by the new combi boiler installed last year.

So i sent a quick email to them mentioning the reduced gas usage and might they look at the DD, in no time the (as always) polite friendly email reply arrived, reducing the DD and refunding all but around £30 of the credit.

Checked bank account this morning, sure enough there's the refund..

Top marks ZOG, carry on as you are.

Actually, yes i have one criticism :p, why arn't you supplying our electricity as well????.:T

I must have been asleep on the job. Has Zog just reduced the costs of their Mercury 12 tariff?
