DH coming home early to take stuff to ch shop and get his hair done - so I may just have lunch and do some knitting. Very pleased with self as I have progressed from scarves and now have done a sweet baby hat - doing a second one just to check it wasn't a flook!!

He's wants a cuddle so sitting down for a bit with him.
  • Afternoon all! Thanks for the new thread/list Dusty! Hope everyone had a nice weekend, even if, like me, it wasn't hugely productive!

Will try to keep up with lists this week and will aim for S&S and sweep/mop floor in kitchen when I get home from work.

Monday hugs and spoons all round!

    xx

    I'm in. So far today:
    - Mr N been to doctor, signed off for another 2 weeks, then plans to return to work on reduced hours.
    - I've booked us 4 nights away at the end of April, in a tree house chalet in Sussex!
    - had long work-related phone call
    - 1 load washing on line
    -few work emails sent
    - Mr N and I have been working in front garden, lots to tidy but sun is out and it is lovely.

Lunch in conservatory watching the birdies next I think.

Dusty glad it isn't an infection. Dehydration not good, but less of a worry. Think I'm not working on Friday if you want to grab a coffee.

    After lunch list:
    - more gardening
    - sweep and mop kitchen floor
    - bit of a whiz round kitchen but it's not bad
    - sort out diary and lesson plans for the rest of week
    - declutter/tidy a bit more office
    - a few more emails from my list. I click on the red flag to remind me to follow up; there are currently about 20 on the list!!!!
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
  • I'm in again after slightly falling off the wagon last week - in my defence the house buying is moving quicker than I thought so that's getting in the way a bit. We have put in an offer on a flat we saw on Saturday but expect we'll have to raise it, so just waiting to hear back from our mortgage adviser about the next steps.

Thank you to Dusty for this week's thread and Natty for last week's thread.

Book train tickets to go to Nottingham in April
Get clothes, water etc ready for spin class tomorrow (gulp!)
    Practise Spanish
    Write a blog post

Thanks for the lists im in this week.

dd1 came back from a beaver sleepovet yesterday with tons of dirty washing. Then I discovered she has the dreaded nits so I am now overflowing with laundry!!! Argh.

Downstairs loo cleaned but need to do main and ensuite. Does anyone elses dhs or ohs think that putting a toilet block in loo counts as cleaning it? Grrr.

Swimming lessons tonight so not sure how much will get done! X
