Hello lovely Sam,
I loved all of your updates on my diary - thank you. I'll update that at some point with my weekend shenanigans!
If you need help with a spreadsheet, just say as I'm pretty good with basic formulas etc and could at least give you something to start you off. If you do, just give me an idea of what you're looking for. I'd happily give you a copy of what I have.
Well done on getting the eBay sales. Hopefully you've had all the money now. Plus ....... <drum roll> ....... just today and tomorrow to get through before you get paid! How exciting! I'd say, don't give yourself another tight month as that will just get too depressing, and you don't deserve the hardship to continue. You've paid so much off already and as long as you plod forward in the right direction you're succeeding and doing a great job. You'll hopefully enjoy the process a bit more if you can see your debt reducing while not having to worry about getting through the month, and we get to read more of your updates. You have to admit, that's a win win!!!!
All those shampoos - are you Medusa?
How's work now? That can be a big drain on my mood at times too. I hope that's all picked up for you, but feel free to vent if it hasn't.
The final countdown begins .......... Roll on payday! I get paid next Tuesday and so I need to have a frugal weekend! Eek!

Hi
Looks like this month has been tough but you are SO nearly there. Come on!!! I'm so like you - get really impatient and want to make more payments than I should so leaving myself incredibly short towards the end and using hubby to help me out, which i hate. Too flipping independent......
There is a thread on here about using up all your toiletries before buying any more - involves having lots of bottles turned upside down, using a scissors to cut through the containers to see how much is actually left at a time when in the past they would be winging it to the bin  Think we have saved a fortune. Have also been using up any that have been given as part of a gift set and it feels really good. Have not bought any new make up and for the first time EVER have actually used up a lipstick - unheard of in my house. It does mean the favourite one is gone but hey ho.....
Hoping to get through this year without buying any shower gels - or at least 6 months anyway and we are going to use up the shampoo in the house - even if it doesn't smell as nice as I would like - the hair looks fine and thats what counts, surely???
Take care and you can do this.

You're doing so well, Sweetie.
It's a good idea to sort out that spreadsheet and find yourself a happy balance between repayments and having some quality to your daily life - otherwise I think it's hard to keep up such good work.
Big hugs for the tough work times. xx

Thank you all
Regretfully work is so tough at the moment ..going to have to do some really ugly jobs over the next few weeks..god knows when next day off will be ..payday tomorrow so that's good . Popped a bit more stuff on ebay while I'm in the mode ..I'm quite low to be honest and not sure where this is coming from
Seriously up and down but I must stay commited to getting the debt paid...:) I never actually expected it to be this tough if I'm honest.
Thanks to all for popping in to offer some much needed enthusiasm
Friday night I'm home this week so will be my night of getting things sorted...I must avoid the shops ..lol xxx
