  • Good Morning Cath and Jodles :) thank you for your lovely comments :)

Hi friends. I have woken up (or should I say was woken up, very early by a small person :( ) even more determined than ever to get rid of this mortgage. OP of £100 made and signature updated accordingly. I have a couple of items on ebay, and we have another two night Air BnB booking this week

I feel utterly exhausted, and when I feel like this I usually go to a lovely lady for a massage and some reiki. I think I will need to book to see her soon, perhaps when this challenge is over? Plans for today include some of the paid stuff, trip to the post office, drop clothes in charity bank and trip to Aldeeee. First things first, sweep the kitchen floor, it hasn't been done all weekend and I think a new eco system is forming under there

    Best wishes all, ATB xx

  • Awww ATB sorry you are feeling run down. I know you are determined but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Maybe use some air bnb money for massage or reiki? Sending you hugs.

It's half term so I Dd at home all week and I'm still bed bound and bored. Our mini diamonds keep trying to steal the iPad which is the only hing I have to keep me sane.

Well done on the OP at this rate I hope u are mortgage free ahead of plan...I'll be keeping u company along this journey don't worry xx

ATB, take it from one who knows (I don't have CFS, I have burnout!) exhausting yourself is not the solution - please step back, learn to take some down time regularly. Enjoy the small person!

  • I know the feeling - there are so many things to do and there seems like so little time in the day to do them all!

I would definitely consider planning a little treat for yourself at the end of this challenge. Firstly to give you the motivation to finish the challenge with something to look forward to and secondly because you deserve it after all of your hard work.

I read a post on the forums somewhere where somebody said that every time they paid off £1000, they bought themselves a small treat. I thought this was a great idea!

Keep up with the hard work (but give yourself some relaxing time too!) :j

  • Good Morning guys

Thanks for your comments. I really do push myself, I know I shouldn't be too hard on myself at times but I cant help it. I am definitely going to treat myself to a lovely massage and some reiki once we have met this mini challenge.

There is just always so much to do, keeping the home running smoothly as well as work and the finances. It is exhausting at times.

In good news, ebay item sold and Air BnB money has hit the account, as has the energy refund so just made an OP of £200 :):) signature duly updated. We also have an Air BnB booking for an entire week next week, hurrah! :):)

    Have lovely days all xx
