Advice needed over aggressive buyer

Is there anyone who could stay with you for a while, a few friends or a sibling a few nights each?
Not long now, but it would be great if a big burly face greeted him on the doorstep.
PS I think you should let your neighbours know his behaviour is unwelcome as they would obviously be less accommodating of him thean at present. They could also offer you some support perhaps or as a witness?
Yes! Failing that, you're welcome to borrow my dog Gisele's best friend Betty - a Giant Schnauzer of uncertain temper and with occasional but toxic flatulence issues. Neither man nor beast would EVER dare to cross her twice...
Seriously though honeybee; stay strong, you're almost there... xx0 -

Love the sound of Betty! Well I am now sat in my new house surrounded by boxes. Cannot wait to get unpacking this is such a wonderful house. We completed on Friday and everything went very smoothly!! The buyer paid for the house and the estate agent inspected it for him and told him I had created a catalogue of photographs and videos showing appliances working so that I could prove I was not in breach of contract. Hopefully he will not try anything on, I did not clean the house and it was quite filthy after 8 years of possessions had been packed away. We left no debris at all just our dust. I now await the karma fairy to do her worst. Thank you for all of your support and advice, I just hope this is the end and we can get on with enjoying our new house. xxxx0 -

Congratulations on your move and finding the strength to reject the intimidation from this bully. File your photo/video evidence and consign this jerk to history where he belongs.
Enjoy your new home, young family and future!0 -
:j:beer:
Let the celebrations begin.
Good to hear that its over at last:)
A good idea to have your EA tell the buyer you have a record of how things were at the house:T
Hopefully all will go smoothly from here on in.
EDIT: I would imagine that should be the last you hear from him, thanks to the fact you've made it plain to him that you've "got his number" (ie got him assessed).0 -
Thanks for the update......enjoy your new home :jMortgage-free for fourteen years!

Really pleased for you. Beginning to feel sorry for the neighbours you have left behind. Let's hope he now calms down and is more respectful of those around him.
Good luck in your new home.
