I'm doing mine as i type eeeek
I need to check my spg and then will send it off but i'm nervous eeeee

Don't worry misspixie - I also find it a bit intimidating because you get the impression that everyone else is almost too clever ;) Best of luck! And remember to check and double check :)
  • Re the tax credits question - when my husband was self employed we just had to guesstimate his earnings for the following year and tell the tax credits people how many hours he would be doing. After the first year they based it on the figure used in his self assesment return. If you don't have a partner/spouse that is working they will pay any tax credits straight into your bank account.

I failed the first time :(
However, I did pass texperts but there is a waiting list for training, so again- :(
Does anyone have any tips for test 8? (The one asking the best hotel in St. Albans and how many teams have been in the Premiership since it began)
    Many thanks.
  • Sent my test in a few days ago, Haven't heard anything yet :(
  • In the application form it asks for references - does anyone know if they actually get in touch with them, as I'm not too keen on my current employer being asked for a reference!!

I've just requested an application form, looking forward to trying this out if I get accepted. I'm still a student at the moment so this will be great to fill up my spare time as I can't go out much at the moment as I am broke! :-) Could anyone tell me whether the whole process is online or whether you have to actually go to a training centre? And how they pay you?

Is anyone else still waiting who sent their application in on or before 14 January?
