Going by the PM that you sent me last week, the road you were looking at is one of the better ones. I am MUCH older than tw1nklestars 18yr old daughter,(!!!!) but I pretty much agree with her opinion on which of the roads in the Hemmingwell are the ok ones.
I think that possibly the area has improved since they built a brand new estate at the bottom of the Hemmingwell, and added the Ock-n-dough Pub, Nursery and shops. My husband works with someone who lives in the new bit, and he seems to like it, doesnt get problems, has been there 2yrs or so.
As we said before, the houses do seem to have good sized rooms.
Both "Oakway juniors" and "Redwell Juniors" are in the area and always get good reports. My opinion is that Christopher Hatton school isnt too bad, as far as Im aware the only secondary school to avoid is Weavers which currently has a very bad rep.0 -

You are extremely unlikely (no chance really) to get into Redwell from Hemmingwell.
Weavers does have a bad reputation and has just come out of special measures. I was impressed when I went to see and suspect that it is on the up - only time will tell. Word of mouth and exam results take several years to filter out.
How is the house hunting going? Have you found anywhere yet?7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
