Where's that then? I know of B&Q on the Festival, Homebase at Wolstanton and Focus at Cobridge, but can't think where there's a Focus closer to Festival. Do you mean that one at Cobridge?0 -
Very interesting - can people post when they see things go down to cheaper than the current 10% off please0

About 18 months ago B&Q closed down a load of stores including a couple near me (Greenford & Alperton).
They did the same kind of thing... 10-50% off discounts for the first few weeks, but when they got their final closing date they slashed & burned.
If the Focus staff have any sense then they will be open to offers for anything in the store... at the B&Q they had one of those large bendy buckets full of the little bags of hardware bits for 25p each... I ended up paying £15 for the lot (including the bucket)... I stopped counting when I got to 150 bags (and I'm still sorting them out!)
Remember, anything that is not sold when the store closes will have to transferred to another store, so any decent manager will pretty much accept any offer so they don't have to do the paperwork.Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!0
