    Mine tracked too.

I spoke to two advisors today and both had conflicting opinions of the 5% rate. One said that you are eligible for the 5% rate if you haven't had the 5% rate for 12 months. The other said you are eligible for the 5% rate if you haven't had a FlexDirect account for 12 months.

If the former is correct, I should be able to get 5% in April. If the latter is true, I guess I'll have to ditch this new account as soon as the £80 is paid!
  • Might do a cheeky switch once all my YB ones are finished. I wonder what Nationwides reaction will be when I open another FlexAccount, I just opened one as a donor account and switched it :P
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

The latter was correct, as that's what it says on their website (in several places including the FAQ & T&Cs). That's the theory out the way...in practice it's a little different. Nuff said ;)

I hope people here are maximising their returns via their RAF scheme as well.

If not, why not? (rhetorical question...don't want to start a discussion on it...just make you think about it!)

    Did you search for it?

If you didn't, you might want to give it a try rather than waiting for someone else to post further clues.

If you tired of searching for it (you'd get a lot of Air Force hits I guess) then try looking here:

Could I do a RAF for hubby even if he is also already with Nationwide?
