Bought some compost and re potted my Parsely, Basil and Coriander. It's a start!
I am going to have a pootle around the garden centre later on in the week, or at the weekend, so will keep my eye out for stuff there. B&M are opening near here and have a garden centre bit, so will pop into there when i get a chance.
Will take note of where the sun is at midday- i THINK its to the left of me. But the garden is surrounded by trees and we are in a dip, so doesnt get an awfu lot of sun until after 2pm. 2-6 we get quite a lot of sun though.0 -
In which case you need to be thinking about placing your veggies where they get most sun; 4 hours is the lower limit for a lot of them (although if in summer it is 2-10pm, that another matter).
You may also want to think about "lasagne beds" and check out "Back to Eden". Both would allow you to grow crops this year without lots of digging. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
